Every facial here is customised on the day by a licensed master esthetician, after your skin has actually been looked at. What differs between them is how far they go, not how nice the room is.

What actually happens
The assessment comes first, every time.
No two skin types are the same. Texture, sensitivity, hydration and what you are trying to fix all vary, which is why the facial you booked is a starting point rather than a script.
Your esthetician assesses the skin, then adjusts products and technique through the session. If what you booked is not what your skin needs that day, you will be told during the appointment rather than after it.
Where there is something specific to correct, the honest route is usually a scan first. An Alma IQ skin analysis photographs what is happening below the surface, so a plan is built from data rather than from a guess in good light.
Facials hold a result; they rarely create one on their own. What holds it between visits is the skincare we dispense, and members take 15% off all of it.
If a facial is not the answer

A facial is maintenance. When there is a specific problem to solve, these reach further, and we would rather point at them than sell you a course that cannot get to it.
For pigmentation or sun damage, a medium depth peel. For texture and acne scarring, microneedling. For active breakouts, a structured acne treatment rather than a monthly facial.

Common questions
What people ask before booking a facial.
What should I do before and after a facial?
Stop retinoids three to five days before so your skin is not already sensitised, and come without makeup if you can. Afterwards, leave it alone, no exfoliating for a few days, sunscreen daily, and do not pick at anything an extraction brings to the surface.
Which facial should I book if I have never had one here?
The Signature. It is fully customised on the day, so nothing is committed before your skin has been looked at, and it is the protocol every other facial on this list builds from. If you already know you want device work or advanced actives, the Platinum is the upgrade.
How often should I have a facial?
Every four to six weeks is the honest answer, because that is roughly one skin cycle. Facials reward consistency more than intensity. A Signature every six weeks will do more for your skin than one Platinum a year, and costs less over twelve months.
What is the difference between a facial here and one at a day spa?
Ours are performed by a licensed master esthetician working from a skin assessment, and they use medical-grade product lines we dispense rather than retail ranges. That matters most when there is something to correct (pigmentation, congestion, texture) rather than when you simply want an hour of quiet.
Can I have a facial before an event?
Yes, and book it a week ahead rather than the day before. Extractions and exfoliation can leave skin briefly pink, and a week gives that time to settle into the glow you were actually after. Say it is for an event when you book and we will plan accordingly.
Is a facial enough on its own for acne or pigmentation?
Usually not. A facial maintains and supports, but active acne wants a structured protocol and pigmentation wants peels or light-based treatment plus home care. We will say so rather than sell you a course of facials that cannot reach the problem.
