Illumatox has been the Fox Valley’s boutique tox studio since it opened on Main Street. Every injectable is performed by a certified nurse practitioner. Every skin plan starts with an Alma IQ scan rather than a guess. And the same small team sees you each visit — which is the part most people notice by the second appointment.

Elizabeth built Illumatox around a belief that aesthetic care should enhance rather than overwhelm — that the best result is one nobody can point to. She injects, she trains the team, and she still takes consultations herself.
The studio’s Boldly Her platform came out of the same idea: freedom from comparison, and permission to show up as yourself.

Common questions
Asked before the first appointment.
How much does a first appointment cost?
A consultation is $50 and it is credited back against whatever you go on to have, so it costs nothing if you proceed. For skin, an Alma IQ scan is included — it images pigment, redness and sun damage below the surface, which is how we tell melasma from sun damage before treating rather than after.
How much does tox cost in Neenah?
Jeuveau is $12 per unit and Dysport is $13 per unit, with member pricing at $11 and $12. Units depend on the area and how your muscles actually move, which is why we assess before quoting a total rather than selling a fixed package.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes for injectables, weight loss and anything laser-based. The consultation is $50 and it is credited to your account toward any treatment you go ahead with, so it costs nothing if you move forward. An Alma IQ skin analysis is included with any skin consultation.
Who performs the treatments?
Injectables are performed by certified nurse practitioners. Elizabeth Coenen, APNP, FNP-BC, owns the studio and injects. Kayla Lenzner, MSN, APNP, FNP-C, is Obesity Medicine Certified and runs the medical weight loss programme. Skin treatments are performed by our licensed master aesthetician.
Do you take insurance for medical weight loss?
No. Medical weight loss at Illumatox is out of pocket only — we do not accept or bill insurance for it. Consultations are followed by reviews every eight weeks, and the medication is one part of a plan that also covers nutrition and habits.
Where are you and where do clients travel from?
We are at 704 Main St in downtown Neenah, Wisconsin. Most clients come from Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Oshkosh, Kimberly and Fox Crossing — roughly a twenty-minute drive across the Fox Valley.
