Cancellation/Rescheduling & Payment Policy

Payment: Payment in full is required on the day of initial treatment. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking, and will be applied toward your total balance on the day of service. Should you decide to forgo treatment at your consult, $25 of your initial deposit will be retained as a consult fee and $25 will be refunded to you.

The following payment options are available:

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do NOT accept cash or check.

Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes early so you can be well-prepped and enjoy an unhurried transition into your treatment. Completion of paperwork is required prior to treatment.

Arriving Late: Arriving late will interfere with your treatment, making the treatment time needed insufficient. Your treatment will end at your scheduled time not to interfere with the next appointment. Tardiness of greater than 10 minutes may result in forfeiture of your appointment and loss of your $50 deposit.

No show: We strongly encourage you to communicate with us. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled treatment time without having notified us, you will be subject to losing your deposit or future appointments. A no show will also give us the right to disengage or void any agreements you may have with our office.

Cancellation: We take pride in the appropriate reservation of your procedural date and scheduled time. Our priority is to schedule procedures that can be attended to with the utmost of care. Our office scheduling policy is very time sensitive due to constraints of the procedure.

Therefore, please understand the importance of respecting our 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.

Our 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy is very strict. If you fail to reschedule your

appointment 48 hours prior to your initial appointment, cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ advance notice, or do not show, you are subject to lose your future appointments and/or your $50 deposit. Cancellation on the day of, or less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date, will result in the loss of your $50 deposit.

Any cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours notice, will result in full refund of $50 deposit. Any rescheduled appointments within a minimum of 48 hours notice, will result in the original $50 deposit being trasnferred to the newly scheduled appointment time.
